Located between 250 – 300 meters above sea level on the route that goes to the famous Nauyaca waterfall, in an excellent geographical position, 25 minutes from the center of Perez Zeledon where you will find the hospital, gas station, government entities and all kinds from shops and 15 minutes from the beach in a very cool mountainous area 5 minutes from the paved road but in a part where you will not be able to hear the trucks.

Surrounded by hundreds of trees, this beautiful farm has many natural flat areas for different construction points, in addition to already having different internal roads to move around the property where you will find several points with beautiful views of the mountains but the best is in the area flat where in the distance you can see the huge Nauyaca and Diamante waterfalls.
